Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Family Group Conference Co-ordinator to join our team in Children's Social Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising meetings and assisting families to come to their own decisions about how they will care for their children.

About the Role

This is a part-time, flexible working position that requires adaptability and good communication skills. The co-ordinator will work with young people and their families to facilitate participation and engagement when working with agencies.

Requirements

  • Experience of facilitating Family Group Conferences
  • Good communication and mediation skills
  • Ability to engage quickly with clients
  • Adaptability and flexibility
