Email Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to join our small but ambitious CRM team at Petlab Co. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in email marketing within a dynamic team environment with a structured and transparent career path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, and deploy all email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing communications.

  • Collaborate with the wider Email Marketing Team to establish correct audience segmentation, testing & goal codes, and sending rules.

  • Analyze email campaign performance metrics, and report back to the wider team, to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support the planning of the email marketing calendar.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, incorporating new strategies and technologies as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Previous (min 1 year) experience of email marketing – ideally in eCommerce/D2C.
  • Proficient with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo.
  • Proficient in using Excel.
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
