The Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Conference Producer. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete production of 4-6 annual conferences from start to finish. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but we provide full, on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth research of key subject areas and topics within a specific region or industry, creating a comprehensive conference briefing document and briefing other staff accordingly.
Copywriting
  • Write promotional copy for the conference program, tailored to the target audience, and create relevant, thought-provoking content that maximizes delegate interest and attendance.
Speaker Acquisition
  • Identify high-level, influential industry thought leaders and invite them to speak at the conference.
Project Management
  • Work with a cross-functional team to ensure the success of the conference, delivered on time and on budget.
Onsite Attendance
  • Attend conferences to ensure excellent delivery and smooth running on the day, representing the company and networking with key players and speakers.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent copywriting and research skills, developed in a professional or educational setting, and the ability to conduct in-depth research.
  • A sociable nature to confidently network and persuade speakers to join the conference.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to travel internationally 3-4 times a year.
