**Communications Officer A&E Control**

**Salary: £21, 730 - £23, 177 Agenda for Change Band 3 + Shift enhancement (average pay including shift enhancement works out at approx. £26,727 £28,507)**

**Full Time - 37.5 hours per week. Shift Rota (Monday
- Sunday)**

This is a very exciting role where no two days are the same in a fast paced environment. This role is extremely rewarding, where you are an important factor in making a difference to patients lives.

You will also be the primary communication link between the Control Room and the operational crews out on the road.

Posess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Be able to demonstrate effective and sound reasoning

Work well as part of a teamWork well under pressure

Have well developed coping mechanisms

Be keen to learn and committed to their development
