Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for information and communication management? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Information and Communications Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's digital presence

As our Information and Communications Officer, you will be the driving force behind our communications strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing communication plans to enhance our organisation's visibility and engagement.
- Managing and updating content on our website and social media platforms
- Creating compelling written and visual content, including press releases, articles, leaflets, newsletters, and multimedia materials.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to gather and disseminate information.
- Design and deliver innovative information and communications that support the delivery of events and local projects.
- Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of communication strategies and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

We are looking for someone who:

- Enjoys working in the community and working collaboratively with others.
- Enjoys delivering support, by providing information to the public.
- Is creative, has attention to detail, and can produce high-quality, visually engaging materials.
- Challenges their own skills and knowledge and engages in continuous personal development.
- Knowledge of UK health and social care systems would be an advantage.
- Has experience and proficiency in website maintenance and social media platforms.
