**The opportunity**
We're looking for a Purchasing Administrator to work on a range of projects, ensuring that purchasing and billing information is kept up to date.
**The company**
You will be working for an innovative, industry-leading technology solutions provider, serving Fortune 500 clients around the world. As the company continues to expand their portfolio, they are looking for additional support to join their team. The working environment is relaxed, but focused.
Due to limited public transport links to the area, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. There is free parking available onsite.
**The role**
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, on a 3 month contract basis to begin with. Your duties and responsibilities will invclude
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors
- Assisting with purchase reporting
**The person**
This role is looking an individual who is enthusiastic and driven with previous budgeting skills. For this role you need to be a strong team player, highly organised, results driven and excellent time management skills. Exceptional oral communication and presentation skills is essential alongside excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Please note that due to the location of this role, you must drive and have access to a vehicle.
