**KITCHEN ADMINISTRATOR**
**Starting salary £26000 plus exclusive and unique benefits, plus bonus**

To be considered for this role, you should be able to offer some office experience in an Administration role with any additional experience of the hospitality and/or food & beverage sector (in any capacity) being a real advantage.
This diverse role includes communicating with colleagues across the business and an interesting mix of administration and organisational tasks that will be trained, as below
- Ensures compliance and effective record keeping across areas including allergens and food hygiene.
- Assisting third party food purchasing with data management.
- Raises and processes timely invoices & purchase orders
- Manages staff uniforms
- Assist with rota organisation
- Updating and maintaining kitchen standard operating procedures.
- Attends weekly and bespoke meetings when required
- Forecasts period of increased administrative demand and activity
