The **Sales Enablement Specialist **will join a newly established Sales Enablement function focused on creating and implementing learning strategies and programs aligned with GumGum's Go To Market objectives. Reporting to the Sr Sales Enablement Manager, the Specialist will help develop courses that differentiate GumGum's solutions in the market. This position is responsible for engaging in discovery interviews to identify business challenges, understand goals, and discern which outcomes will have the most impact on the organization.

The Sales Enablement Specialist will lead by example, demonstrating a solid understanding of GumGum's priorities, strategy, and solutions. They will combine innovative enablement skills to assess needs, and design & deliver outcomes-based programs, aligned to sales measures and applicable to customer interactions.

Note: GumGum currently operates in a 'work from home' virtual environment with sporadic opportunities for in-person business and morale events (health guidelines permitting). There will not be any requirement to go into the office on a daily basis moving forward.

**What You'll Achieve**
- Assess go-to-market (GTM) training needs collectively to design a global sales training program for all client-facing teams.
- Assist in developing sales collateral that will help the sales team in communicating the value of GumGum's products and services to our clients
- Collaborate with the wider Solutions Marketing & Enablement team to create and implement new enablement solutions that meet the needs of the sales effort
- Collaborate with SMEs across the organization to identify training needs and curate/develop content that supports our core and cultural values and aligns with our overall marketing strategies and business objectives
- Work with Product and Marketing teams to ensure sales team has access to updated product information and messaging
- Facilitate engaging, innovative, and outcome-centered training sessions
- Enhance and create evaluation methods to gather feedback and measure the success of training programs
- Provide comprehensive and up-to-date customer insights to help the sales team increase knowledge, sharpen sales skills, and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain an updated repository of sales enablement tools and resources in Highspot
- Implement the enablement activations with the sales team that form part of the wider solutions marketing & enablement strategy.

**Skills You'll Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, etc or equivalent relevant experience in L&D (learning & development)
- 2+ years of professional work experience in Learning and Organizational Development, preferably within the field of Advertising Technology or Marketing Technology
- Understanding/experience of the Ad Tech industry and current vital issues a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of best-in-class practices for learning and development, including experience in developing or customizing various training modules on a variety of topics
- Experience leading training sessions on a variety of topics and in a variety of formats (live, in-person, or remote), ranging from small-group facilitation to large-group presentations
- Flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment
- Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational skills with a sense of urgency to follow through
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Tech and Web-savvy with the ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to proactively anticipate requirements and identify/mitigate potential issues before they occur
- Detail-oriented with expertise in establishing/maintaining organized administrative processes and systems
- Strong Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to project manage while actively managing key stakeholders
- Can inspire continuous learning and curiosity in content presentation and consumption
