**What You Will Be Doing**

Work within Europe Sales Enablement team to provide enablement to sales/channel roles to equip them with required knowledge, skills, and content to maximize client engagement. Facilitate onboarding training and workshop of seasoned sales professionals. Collaborate across the organization to help develop programs and strategies that directly impact the Europe sales teams’ revenue goals and metrics.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales/Account Management, Customer Success and HR teams to build and coordinate ongoing enablement programs that help develop and retain sales talent
- Develop measures of success and frameworks ensuring we have a clear understanding of the effectiveness of our Sales Enablement investments
- Promote sales enablement messaging and sales plays
- Support assessing skills and identify enhancements to enablement programs
- Support key sales enablement and coaching tools
- Provide ideas on training techniques and delivery methods
- Manage delivery of training on using virtual web-based tools and face-to-face training

**What You Will Bring**
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business or Data related studies.
- Interest in sales and enablement, training delivery, and event planning
- Previous experience working within a highly matrixed organization is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Excel. Other data analysis tools such as Tableau are a plus
- Basic knowledge of sales process (CRM) and using sales enablement tools (digital selling tools or sales methodology formats) is an advantage
- Confident to present in front of a room of internal stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively
- An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others
- Dynamic, engaging and willing to learn
