**What you will be doing**
- Training: Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices to support the sales teams. Creating coaching schedule for the year.
- Leading adoption and best practices of Sales Tools; Own the Sales tools to improve the sales experience and help to achieve sales goals. facilitate a seamless selling and growth process
- System and Process Improvements: Work with Sales teams to discover issues with current processes, then research and implement potential solutions. Work with cross-functional groups to drive improvements in areas and processes that are not in direct controlof, but still impact, the Sales organization.
- Onboarding: Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the onboarding experience for new members of the global sales team.
- Organizing meetings, communications, and virtual sessions for the global sales organization including SKO and mid-year review.

** Skills and Experience**
- 3+ years experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support
- Experience working with Sales Tools such as Outreach, Ambition, Zoominfo, Gainsight or similar plug ins
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Able to build internal relationships with sales, and marketing
- Self-starters able to operate in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks
