Purpose of role

The UK Sales Support Executive is responsible for the execution of the UK Go To Market (GTM) plan, ensuring all sales initiatives and campaigns, bonus schemes (both bespoke and generic), all offline and online media, relevant marketing initiatives and events are delivered/executed on time and to budget. Act as the main GTM point of contact for the UK Sales teams and the UK Master Agents to support the growth of these key channels – supporting sales with reporting and trend analysis. Supporting the branch team in assessing and reporting performance plus identifying and delivering business development opportunities within branch postcode areas. Manage the distribution of PDQs and Signature Pads throughout the UK agent network, alongside other key operational projects. Manage the UK Green Shops signage and branding programme including reporting and assessment of location results vs control group. Sales and admin support will be key tasks for this role.

Role Responsibilities

- Ensure all agreed sales initiatives / PoS material / campaigns are delivered / executed on time and to plan
- Monitor and report on sales initiatives and campaigns as directed by the Head of Sales
- Administer, monitor and report on agent bonus schemes as directed by the UK Head of Sales
- Ensure all new pricing initiatives land with the sales teams on time and as designed including Supports sales team recruiting new agents with a focus on London area and priority corridors, discussed with UK Head of Sales any promotional material
- Manage the dispatch of agent PDQs and Signature Pads as required, plus any other agent related logistical projects
- Coordinate the roll out of any bank related process changes or large-scale agent related
projects
- Manage the assembly and dispatch of agent starter kits so all new agents are branded appropriately from launch
- Ensure all agreed marketing initiatives/campaigns are executed on time and on budget.
- Ensure each branch and agent receives the correct marketing materials to support branch
branding/agent co-branding as well as regularly providing promotional materials to support the key UK focus corridors
- Action agreed SMS campaigns through the SMS portal
- Work with UK Head of Sales to devise and execute new initiatives and campaigns to drive transactions and revenue within the key UK focus corridors
- Additional duties as agreed with UK Head of Sales lead as role develops

Person Specification

- Demonstrable accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in executing sales and marketing plans across multiple countries would be beneficial.
- Experience of reporting and usage of Excel / Google sheets and other related software packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Written and verbal fluency in English & Spanish
- Outgoing and open to working in a multicultural environment
- Positive attitude, proactive and dynamic
- Good organisation skills, including the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- At least 5 year+ experience in a sales or marketing operations role
- Previous experience within a remittance or FX related business would be an advantage
- Financial Services experience is preferable although other sectors may be considered
