**Position Summary**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our business and take our Bids & Proposal team in a new direction; expanding the function beyond Bids & Proposals to include Account Based Marketing, Social Media and Customer events for the first time.

The purpose of the role is to develop solutions that focus on and drive acquisition, retention, and saturation of our business within specific industries, customers, and/or initiatives

Role responsibilities include preparing customised proposals, responses to formal Requests for Proposals, presentations, case studies, statement of qualifications and any written requests for information for client specific marketing collateral that helpsadvance the sales stage or create interest within our client base. This role works directly with the executive sales and unique dedicated seller groups to develop customer-facing sales materials (formal and informal).

This role will manage a small, but growing team and will report into the Director of Organisational Development. The successful individual must quickly grasp complex business concepts and effectively articulate service offerings to external audiences. Thisrole is customer-focused and must be able to successfully manage all facets of the proposal process under aggressive deadlines.

The Sales Enablement Manager will demonstrate a deep expertise in both Aston Carter and Actalent’s overall business, as well as the role marketing plays within the organisation and how all facets of the business work together to create customer / initiativespecific solutions. Operating as a specialist, this role consults with internal stakeholders to develop win themes, strategy, and value propositions to win and retain business. This position serves as an SME and is responsible for mentoring other individualswithin the client engagement team.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**

**As a Manager**:
- Demonstrate mastery of entire client engagement lifecycle
- Project manage the bid process from receipt through to contract award to ensure internal and client deadlines are consistently met.
- Coordinate input from a range of bid process stakeholders to meet bid production deadline
- Develop key processes and procedures to drive efficiency within proposal team and sales process
- Collaborate with Marketing both in region and in the US to share best practise and ensure alignment
- Address challenges independently and create proactive solutions to support customers and our business in region
- Continuously review processes and resources to assess suitability to achieve the aims of the Client Engagement Team.
- Drive project planning, timeline development and completion
- Conduct regularly scheduled one-on-one and team meetings
- Proactively seek out professional training opportunities
- Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills within Client Engagement team and across the broader organisation
- Enforce accountability and encourage ownership
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Lead relevant project teams and serve as representative of client engagement and/or marketing team
- Responsible for fostering and leading development of direct reports
- Produce professionally written, deadline driven bid content that clearly communicates our value proposition and addresses the client’s key drivers/win themes
- When necessary, redraft existing prewritten content from a range of stakeholders, ensuring content is presented professionally and in line with brand voice and visual identity
- Demonstrate knowledge of entire client engagement and market research lifecycles
- Design, build and execute on Account Based Marketing plans for target accounts
- Proactively partner with internal stakeholders to create sales support products that are customer and/or industry-focused
- Plan and produce powerful and compelling digital content that supports our strategy across a range of social media platforms
- Use external resources to stay informed on industry trends and understand impact on staffing industry as a whole
- Use knowledge gained via external sources to proactively create content to best position Aston Carter & Actalent as an industry leader and innovator in the marketplace
- Design and deliver an annual programme of select events designed to positively raise the profile of both Aston Carter & Actalent within our target account portfolio.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal customers
