**Job description**
- Scope is a disability equality charity in England and Wales. Together we are Disability Gamechangers. We work to create a society where all disabled people enjoy equality and fairness. We campaign tirelessly for everyday equality for disabled people.This role is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave with the Corporate Partnerships Account Management team at Scope. The role includes relationships management of key partnerships alongside leadership of the account management team. The role works closely with Scope’s Key New Business Lead and Key Utilities Lead to drive our successful Corporate Partnerships Team.

**The role**

**You will**:

- Lead the management of Scope’s largest strategic partnership.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders towards achieving Scope’s goals.
- Provide strategic direction and management of the corporate partnerships account management team.
- Drive income across the account management team. Ensuring budgets and targets are met.
- Embed and follow effective governance structures and measures.

You will**:

- Be an excellent relationship management with experience working across a variety of corporate partnerships within the charity sector.
- Have experience co-ordinating internal and external teams to deliver partnership goals.
- Be a strategic thinker with proven influencing skills to secure support for plans, actions and goals.
- Be an established leader with a track record of supporting a team to achieve income targets.
- Be creative, collaborative, and commercial. Identifying and optimising opportunities and delivering on goal through exceptional communication.
