Lead Carbon Partnership Enablement

London, United Kingdom Climate Connect Digital Full time

Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time and the need for action is pressing. Climate Connect Digital (CCD) is at the forefront of this effort, creating innovative software platforms and solutions aimed at driving the global transition to net-zero emissions. Our team is composed of experts in climate markets and the latest technologies, and we have a proven history of developing valuable intellectual property.

Our current focus is on two key areas of the sustainability ecosystem: offering "Decarbonization-as-a-service" to enterprises, and providing "cutting-edge tools" to carbon project managers. Our goal is ambitious but achievable - to manage 1 GtCO2e of emissions and enable a 100 MtCO2e reduction each year through automated and algorithmic risk management.

How do you fit in

As the Lead Carbon Partnership Enablement, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and facilitate the success of strategic partnerships and alliances by developing and executing enablement strategies that align with the organisation's goals. You will collaborate with the sales and business development team and work closely with key stakeholders across the company to identify partnership opportunities, create joint value propositions, and develop comprehensive enablement plans that drive partner engagement, sales success, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and analysing partnership success metrics, providing regular reports to key stakeholders, and making recommendations for future partnerships and enablement strategies. Your role will be critical in ensuring that partnerships deliver value to both the company and its partners, and you will need to possess strong strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills to succeed in this position.

Job responsibilities:
As the Lead Carbon Partnership Enablement, you will have several key job responsibilities.
- Enablement Planning: You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive enablement plans for strategic carbon footprinting partners, which will enable them to grow their business. This will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner executives, sales leaders, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Capacity Building: You will also need to identify and prioritise enablement needs for partners, including training, marketing support, and technical resources, and develop plans to address those needs. Additionally, you will need to develop and deliver training and enablement programs that support partner sales and customer success, including product training, sales training, and solution selling.
- Marketing and Growth: Collaboration with the marketing team will also be critical in developing joint marketing programs and campaigns that drive partner engagement and pipeline growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing collateral and messaging that aligns with the partner's business needs.
- Process Improvement: You will be responsible for monitoring partner performance and engagement and providing regular reporting and analysis to leadership on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue growth. This will involve analysing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for future enablement strategies.

Overall, your role as Lead Carbon Partnership Enablement will be critical to the success of strategic carbon footprinting partnerships. You will need to be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and strategic thinker to ensure that enablement plans align with the organization's goals and drive partner engagement, sales success, and customer satisfaction. The primary metrics for success in this role would be measured by the revenues generated through our partner networks and their evangelism of our enablement program.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
- Several years of experience in sales enablement, partnership management, or a related field
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Experience in developing and executing successful enablement strategies for partnerships and alliances

- Experience in developing and delivering training and enablement programs that support partner sales and customer success
- Experience in monitoring partner performance and engagement and providing regular reporting and analysis to leadership on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue growth
