Growth Partnerships Lead

Description:
As part of the growth team, you will help enable the go-to-market strategy for our product through partnerships. You will create and implement a partnership program to drive critical results across the business. You will own primary responsibility for the performance of your partners and how they drive the key growth metrics around awareness, acquisition, retention, referral and revenue.

Role & responsibilities:

- Evaluate business development and initiatives within the partnership opportunities space
- Source and implement high priority partnerships that address immediate growth targets as well as mid to long term strategic partnerships aligned to our business model and priorities
- Focused on maximizing the effectiveness of a partnership in terms of driving product distribution at scale and profitable business impact
- Lead end-to-end partner negotiations to deliver maximum distribution of our product, including upsell and cross-sell of new products and features
- Identify who to approach and nurture the requisite senior relationships, and optimally communicate the company’s value proposition and potential partnership opportunities
- Build a partnership program that both achieves our goals and meets our partners’ objectives, scaling across regions
- Work with both internal and external product, operations, growth and marketing teams to drive successful partnership outcomes
- Manage and prioritize partnerships pipeline across marketing, brand and product in-line with growth priorities to drive awareness, activation, referrals, retention and revenue
- Partner with cross-functional market activation teams to execute on market entry via partnerships

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Strong experience of business development or partner management experience, preferably at a consumer tech or fintech company
- Demonstrated track record of success managing channel partnership programs, ideally in payments or fintech
- Deep comfort operating in the ambiguity of an ever-evolving product that operates at scale globally
- Being able to work autonomously. Being able to be hands on.
