We are in search of an **Enterprise Partnerships Lead**, reporting to the Global Lead of Technical Partnerships, located in our **Paris **or **London **office.

This person will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems and will lead our global initiatives with tech solution provider who can bring an input to Criteo offerings with a laser focus on Retail Media needs and challenges.

**This role’s primary responsibility is to launch & **develop successful** partnerships through strategic collaboration to drive revenue through partner channels or deliver successful proof of concept.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Source, evaluate and launch best in class partners resulting in successful POC that will bring revenue and support our commerce media strategy
- Work closely with the other members of the Global Partnerships team as well as key partners and stakeholders across Product, Legal and Commercial teams to support our partner development strategy.
- ** Lead** - Build the vision and lead Criteo’s market presence and success across a vertical (or set of verticals)
- ** Own** - Owning the end-to-end revenue growth for your vertical (s) develop strategies, solutions and deals to ensure Criteo’s ecosystem becomes the most valuable in Commerce Media.
- Deliver - Ensure best-in-class, partner management to consistently deliver above and beyond our customer’s expectations.
- ** Inspire** - Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to craft and drive across internal and external teams that create new market opportunities.
- ** Focus** - become the go-to global resource across your topic(s) internally and externally.

**Who You Are**
- 7+ years of experience in a partner management in a Retail Media or Digital media capacity with a solid and strategic technical background
- Knowledge of Retail Media industry challenge/needs and trends within onsite / offsite monetization
- You have Ad Tech experience with a solid and strategic technical background and a proven track record of leading complex technical projects, partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an organization
- Experience negotiating commercial deals with, including scaling such deals across multiple partners
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and a sense of urgency around delivering on team and individual goals. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
- Successful track record of operationalizing and growing new business initiatives.
- A demonstrated ability to evangelize and influence across all levels of an organization.
