**Job Description**:
As the Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic partnerships to expand our client base. In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both independently and in collaboration with the executive team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions
- Lead the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both parties
- Manage and expand partnerships with key industry players, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for business development

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales and partnerships, specifically in the Technology sector
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
