Head of Commercial Partnerships EMEA / Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager / Head of Business Development
We're looking for a Head of Commercial Partnerships EMEA / Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager / Head of Business Development to join a major global company within the travel, entertainment & tourism industry. They dominate their sector, serving over 3 millioncustomers and partnering with nearly 200 businesses around the world.
As Head of Commercial Partnerships EMEA / Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager / Head of Business Development you will be responsible for the identification, development, and financial management of new strategic partnerships in the global travel sector -online booking platforms, flight/travel/hotel price comparison, airlines, travel retailers, etc. This is a senior role within the Enterprise Partnerships team and as such, has a broad remit of responsibilities over and above the requirement to define, createand execute a plan to significantly grow our presence, and performance, in the EMEA region.
The Head of Commercial Partnerships EMEA / Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager / Head of Business Development will:

- Build new high value partnerships, including targeting, approach, engagement, negotiation, onboarding and in-life management.
- Own the end-to-end performance of our Enterprise Partnerships in the EMEA market, including the creation and delivery of the annual budget and growth strategy
- Foster a culture of innovation, new business development and partnership
- Manage and optimize existing partnerships, ensuring every opportunity for growth and innovation is taken, maximized and scaled
- Ensure you and the team manage time effectively to ensure the efficiency and productivity expectations around regular operating functions, like meetings and reporting are met
- Represent the brand at conferences, events and more broadly within the industry
- Support the professional and personal growth of all team members in your care
The Head of Commercial Partnerships EMEA / Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager / Head of Business Development must have:

- Strong experience developing new business/partnerships, within the travel, airline, hospitality, entertainment, hotel, car hire, or similar space.
- Ideally experience within the broader travel or tech travel industry
- Strong experience in business development, corporate development or enterprise sales
- The capability to drive new business development, not only managing existing account relationships
- Confidence working directly with product teams within technology or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of engineering and product management functions and agile methodology (or a willingness to embrace it)
- Additional European languages are a bonus but not a necessity
