Join the senior team at one of the UK's fastest growing eCommerce groups and help us drive growth for both our established brands and new launches throughout 2023 and beyond. The Jaq. Group is currently comprised of 5 brands with total revenues forecasted to sit between £40 - 60M for 2023. Therefore, we are looking to bring on a Growth Lead to drive efficient expansion across the portfolio; managing internal teams, external agency relationships and implementing effective systems for rapid scaling.

As our Growth Lead, you will be responsible for the development and execution of effective growth strategies for our brands across all platforms. We are looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record of delivering significant results within e-commerce or a similar vertical. This position will report directly to our CMO and Head of Strategy.

**Key Tasks**:

- Develop and execute effective growth strategies for multiple in-house brands.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve brand-specific KPIs.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and continuously optimize for performance improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including ad networks, agencies, and marketing technology vendors.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment in achieving growth objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

**Important**: we are looking for someone who wants to be hands-on and ‘in-the-weeds’ of driving performance forward, able to get their hands dirty managing ad platforms and implementing strategies.

**Essential Criteria**:

- 5+ years experience working in DTC e-commerce growth marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and executing growth strategies for a DTC E-commerce brand, agency or group (or within a vertical with heavily transferable learnings)
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of growth marketing metrics and LTV/CAC calculations.
- Expertise in a range of digital marketing channels and growth hacking techniques.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in marketing automation software, content management platforms, Shopify, attribution modeling, Google Analytics and website/landing page conversion rate optimisation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
