They are a female-founded beauty brand operating in various markets . As they gradually in-house performance marketing, they are looking for a Creative Performance Marketing Lead who is deeply familiar with Meta paid social marketing. This person should be a methodical creative, obsessed with customer behaviour.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Generate compelling and beautiful ad creative for Meta paid social campaigns to drive customer acquisition
  • Test each ad and measure performance, understanding and comparing which elements of each ad are resonating best
  • Come up with the ideas, angles, messages and creative for killer ads
  • Work with a suite of creatives and content creators, writing clear briefs that deliver amazing ads and continuously optimising to find those winning creatives
  • Methodically test and measure each individual element of the ad to optimise and understand what engages and converts best
  • Have a complete view of the new customer journey, feeding-in to landing page design, organic social messaging and email marketing
  • Harness ideas across the whole team and bring them to life in great creative ways
  • Work at pace, testing a lot of creative quickly

You Are:

  • Brilliantly creative, driven by customer behaviour and psychology
  • Obsessed with customer/audience research - reviews, ad comments, competitor reviews, surveys, external research, trends. What problems are people facing and how can we solve their problems creatively?
  • The ability to communicate a data point into a core customer insight that you can describe in a simple yet inspiring way
  • An experimental mindset that has been previously applied to creative iteration and an understanding of how small changes to creative can have a big impact

You Have:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Meta paid social marketing. Ideally, you will have experience executing and tracking the campaigns yourself.
  • A deep understanding of creative effectiveness and a proven track record of developing creative that performs for a premium brand
  • Previous experience developing and leading briefs with creative teams
  • Proven growth of a consumer brand harnessing great creative
