**Job Purpose**:
Working under supervision HR/Office Manager, performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of general office coordination
- Maintain confidentially in all aspects of client, staff and agency information
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, entering orders, checking data entry, ordering of glass, photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing and optimising.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with production and transport managers to handle any requests and queries.
- At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
- Contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company, by putting forward new ideas and, when requested to do so, implementing change.
- Any other reasonable request asked my senior management.

**Education and Experience**
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

Pay: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
