**Temporary role**
**Working hours**: Monday-Thursday: 09:00-17:15 and Friday: 09:00-17:00 (including a 1-hour lunch)

As a Business Support Coordinator at Fleet Financial, you will work with and engage with our internal stakeholders, partners and suppliers ensuring we deliver high levels of service and support.
- Complete finance documentation for our panel of funders
- Oversee the process of a vehicle order until delivery.
- Complete finance proposals and liaise with our panel of funders, creating or requesting finance documents for the appropriate funder.
- Provide reception cover, mainly covering tea and lunch breaks, per a rota for all administrative personnel.
- Complete any other administrative activities as specified by the manager

Previous experience in Banking / Motor Industry background would be desirable although this is not essential as you will be provided with full training. Are you able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills as well as demonstrate confidence when liaising with both customers and multiple stakeholders? We are on the hunt for an individual who can demonstrate a real passion for administration whilst also being highly computer literate.
