Executive Assistant & Events Coordinator with Internal Communications Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant & Events Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in supporting executive-level management, coordinating events, and facilitating internal communications within the organisation. Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Events Coordination:
Plan and execute a variety of company events, including conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.
Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and attendee accommodations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, from conception to post-event evaluation.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors to optimise cost-effectiveness.
Internal Communications:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, memos, and announcements.
Coordinate and contribute to the development of internal events, such as town hall meetings and team-building activities.
Monitor and manage internal communication platforms, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible to all employees.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and event management software.
