Posted- 30-Oct-2023- Service line- GWS Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- Facilities Management- Location(s)- London - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern IrelandWe are currently seeking a dynamic Junior Event Producer to join our Workplace Experience Team at our client's London Headquarters (12-Month Contract, Possibility for Permanent Role). This role will work closely with our Senior Community Events Manager to implement strategies and event planning.

Position Overview: As a Junior Event Producer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, organizing, and execution of internal events for our client's corporate office across EMEA. This role will cater to approximately 2,000 colleagues and will focus on creating engaging and memorable experiences that foster a positive work environment and enhance colleague engagement. You will work closely with the Senior Community Events Manager to implement event strategies. Your responsibilities span from event concept and venue selection to vendor coordination and communication, ensuring that each event aligns with the organization's values.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning and Strategy Implementation**:
Collaborate with the Senior Community Events Manager to implement event strategies aligned with client organization's goals. Assist in understanding event requirements and objectives. Contribute to the creation of event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with client's culture and values.

**Event Coordination and Execution**:
Support end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor coordination, and contract negotiations.

Assist in coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers for seamless event execution.

Contribute to event setup, including stage design, audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and signage.

**Program Implementation**:
Collaborate with the Senior Community Events Manager to execute event programs catering to diverse colleague needs and interests.

Assist in liaising with external speakers, entertainers, and performers.

Participate in incorporating interactive activities and team-building exercises to encourage colleague participation.

**Event Marketing and Communication**:
Assist in developing event marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

Contribute to the communication of event details through various channels.

Support event registration and RSVP process.

**Budget Management**:
Assist in preparing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses and cost-saving opportunities.

Contribute to post-event financial analysis and budget performance reporting.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the Senior Community Events Manager on-site operations in the absence of London site leadership.

Support on-site resourcing and participate in conducting interviews for available roles.

Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.

Attend team meetings and participate in reporting activities.

**Safety**

Complete at a satisfactory level all required and assigned HSE training.

Follow all activity policies and procedures, including all HSE related requirements at all times.

Participate in all HSE related programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing and assessment, etc.

Report any condition which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stop work if required.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years of event production experience.

Bachelor's or master’s degree preferably in events, hospitality, or communications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated success in collaborating with stakeholders.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with graphic design tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Scope of Responsibility**: Decisions made with a general understanding of procedures and company policies. Errors in judgment may impact co-workers and colleagues in the short term.

Immediate Joining and Possibility for Permanent Role: This 12-month contract position offers the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Immediate joining is preferred.
