Are you an adaptable and flexible events coordinator with strong administration skills? Do you have experience supporting boards and committees? We are recruiting for our client, a highly regarded London university, for an Events Coordinator. This is a full-time temporary role with an immediate start. This 6-week assignment offers the option to work one day a week from home.

As an Education Enhancement Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting formal committees and programme boards, ensuring the seamless execution of meetings and events. Your responsibilities will encompass arranging and minuting formal meetings, preparing papers, managing action points, and providing professional assistance. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, administrating, and supporting events, as well as maintaining websites using a content management system. Your ability to manage large in-person and hybrid events, including setting up remote meeting technology (preferably Zoom), will be essential.

**Events Coordinator **Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating formal committees and programme boards, including arranging and minuting meetings and managing associated paperwork.
- Ensuring action point completions in a professional and timely manner.
- Planning, administrating, and providing support for various events.
- Creating and maintaining websites using a content management system, ideally Contensis.
- Supporting large in-person and hybrid events, including the setup and management of remote meeting technology.
- Handling various ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
