We are seeking a Communications and Events Coordinator on a 12-month FTC to join a leading American law firm. The role involves closely collaborating with legal, BDMC, and professional services teams to create, manage, and distribute content across diverse marketing channels. The firm is looking for a proactive, hands-on, team player, who is determined, and capable of motivating lawyers for media interactions. As a Communications and Events Coordinator, you will be involved in a number of exciting projects including:

- Assist in the drafting, and editing, of content for external communications channels, including social media.
- Work with outside agencies in the production of thought leadership content.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide event support across EMEA, including webinars, internal and external events.
- Coordinate our client hospitality in EMEA.

To be considered for the role the following is required:

- Minimum of two years of marketing communications experience within professional services.
- Knowledge and understanding of digital platforms.
- European experience or evidence of cultural sensitivity.
- Strategic thinker who is also able to deal precisely and accurately with detail.
- Proactive with good influencing skills.
