Account Executive  
As we embark on the next stage of our growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Account Executive. This is a key role and will play a significant part in achieving our sales targets and objectives. 

Become an expert on early career talent solutions and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers. 
Establish, develop, and manage relationships with prospects and accounts within your assigned industry. 
Achieve agreed upon sales targets. 
Owning the sales process end to end – including client meetings, demos, proposals, negotiation and close. 

Experience selling to Director/VP/C Suite level – HR, Talent Acquisition, CTO and Procurement teams. 
~ 3+ years sales experience in HR Tech sales, Talent Acquisition Solutions, and/or Enterprise Sales. 
~ Proficient using CRM; (Dynamics 365, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). 
~ Skilled in face to face, virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes. 
~ Desirable: knowledge of the recruitment process and talent acquisition, and/or experience of in-house recruitment and/or agency recruitment
