Account Executive – HRTech
Their best-of-breed SaaS platform is used on a global scale, providing flexible & customized solutions to HR Teams across both private and public sector organisations. They are looking for an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle with clients across the UK; Account Executives can expect a range of lead generation support including SDRs (working on 1:1 ratio), marketing leads and leads from their strong partner networks.

This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per month in their office in the South of England. Outside of this, Account Executives will be working remotely.


Establish an effective sales strategy for achieving revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities for both direct sales & across partner channel
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies accordingly
Generate regular reporting on sales & market analysis

Experience selling HRTech / HR software is essential
~ Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem would be a plus
