Are you an experienced manager with a passion for working with partners to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children and young people?

Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Services Directorate is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead the Joint Funding and Commissioning team working with social care, education and health colleagues. The team ensures that partners and providers work as effectively together as possible, making continuous improvements to meet the needs and deliver improved outcomes for our children with the most complex needs.
As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of projects improving joint working with partners and managing Children’s Services partner income budgets of over £4m pa. You will work with partners to design, develop and monitor delivery of a Joint Commissioning Strategy, and implement effective governance and controls.
You’ll use your partnership working experience, stakeholder management and influencing skills to maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partner organisations. You will have a positive, solutions-focussed approach and drive for continuous improvement to improve outcomes for children and young people in Hampshire.
