  • Supporting key stakeholders in developing strategic plans in line with objectives.
  • Designing and embedding new HR policies, procedures and training materials.
  • Managing the end to end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.

  • Open to candidates who have partnered with overseas HR functions.
  • Experience in HR policy required.
  • Experience selecting and implementing and HRIS desirable.
  • Strong HRIS skills required.
  • Expertise across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Ambitious to progress with a high growth company.
