Global Head of Talent Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Talent Management to join our Network HR team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive talent strategies that support the development, engagement, and retention of top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global talent management strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of leadership and management development programs, culture and employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure that talent management initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer to create a strategy that underpins the organization's commercial objectives and cultural program.
  • Build strong relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to deliver company-wide change programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, talent management, and/or organizational development roles, ideally from a global financial services or technology background.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, leadership, and culture transformation best practices.
  • Strong organizational development expertise.
  • Proven leader with extensive experience developing and implementing talent and culture initiatives in a global organization.
  • Strong consultative, partnership, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively juggle competing priorities.
