Job Title: Global Head of Talent Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Talent Management to join our Network HR team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive talent strategies that support the development, engagement, and retention of top talent across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent management and culture initiatives globally, aligning with the company's commercial objectives and cultural programme.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's talent management and culture initiatives globally, working closely with the CPO and executive leadership.
  • Oversee multiple sub-functions, including Leadership and Management Development, Culture and Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, and contribution to Reward/Incentive philosophy and its impact on performance and career frameworks.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to ensure that talent management initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous development, and innovation across all regions.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR, talent management, and/or OD roles, ideally from a global financial services or technology background.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, leadership and culture transformation best practices.
  • Strong OD expertise.
  • Proven leader, extensive experience developing and implementing talent & culture initiatives in a global organisation.
  • Strong consultative, partnership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively juggle competing priorities.
  • Demonstrating curiosity by listening and asking to inspire innovation.
  • Strong business acumen.
