Job Title: Brand Strategist

About the Role:

TalentNeuron is a leading HR analytics enterprise software-as-a-service product that leverages cutting-edge technologies to provide real-time insights and predictive analytics on the job market, location, and competitive intelligence. As a senior consultant and thought leader in the Strategic Consulting group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping global talent strategies and practices by leveraging data-driven insights and influencing industry perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting engagements with clients to assess, design, and implement global talent strategies that align with their business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
  • Utilize workforce analytics tools and methodologies to analyze talent data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for workforce and talent strategy.
  • Develop and execute prospect identification and targeted outreach to introduce our services, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances, or referral networks that can complement our services and extend our reach in target markets.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a HR practitioner or in strategic talent consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions and demonstrating thought leadership in HR consulting, global talent management practices, workforce planning, or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in the use of labor market analytics evidenced by a strong portfolio of successful projects or practices and thought leadership contributions.
