Are you a seasoned HR professional with a wealth of experience in managing human resources across international offices?

Our client, a prominent player in the foreign exchange trading sector, is on the lookout for an HR Policy Director to enhance their vibrant team.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving their global HR initiatives and ensuring the effective operation of their HR functions.

As part of a compact team based in London, which comprises 20 employees, they are particularly interested in candidates with experience in small to medium-sized enterprises, especially in a standalone capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
2. Formulate recruitment strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to align with business objectives and address challenges.
3. Manage job advertising platforms and uphold employer branding to attract a robust pool of qualified candidates.
4. Handle HR operations, including maintaining personnel records, processing payroll, tracking leave, and managing performance evaluations.
5. Administer contract renewals related to HR and administrative duties.
6. Provide HR advisory support to employees on matters such as absence, conduct, grievances, and organizational changes.
7. Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
8. Assist in managing benefits, compensation, employee performance programs, and annual reviews.
9. Monitor compliance with HR regulations and update policies as necessary.
10. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with the company's values and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of comprehensive HR experience in an organization with multiple regional offices.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment at all levels.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems, and other HR technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems is advantageous.
