The Role

The successful candidate will report to the Chief People Officer and work closely to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

The key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing HR strategies to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  2. Leading talent and transformation projects to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development
  3. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to design and implement key operational processes and global policies
  4. Providing guidance and support to leaders on local legislation, processes, and risks to ensure compliance and ethical practices
  5. Designing and developing initiatives to drive HR objectives and create productive work environments

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders, advising on HR processes and procedures, and driving business outcomes through talent management and development.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in HR strategy development and implementation
  • Strong leadership and partnership skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and implement key operational processes and global policies
  • Knowledge of local legislation, processes, and risks, with the ability to provide guidance and support to leaders
