The successful Key Account Manager will take ownership of the relationships and continued development of existing and new key automotive customers across all modes, focusing on retention of existing business in addition to identifying opportunities to grow share of wallet.

The role will involve:

  • Lead customer weekly/monthly meetings/calls as well as business/KPIs reviews
  • Develop and maintain account development plan for each account identifying current share of business and additional opportunities
  • Provide market intelligence and updates on an ongoing basis
  • Review current and potential future system integration opportunities
  • Drive MVT utilization and development
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints including future corrective action

To be successful in this role of Key Account Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in account management
  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in sales
  • A bachelors degree is preferred
