This is a Head Office support role, within Bills Property Team assisting the Estates Manager in overseeing the day to day management of all things maintenance related but also to assist the Head of Estates & Project Manager with any additional administrative and project based tasks.

This will be a Hybrid role with a mix of On-Site, Office and Home working as required.

This will be mainly administrative and this requires being prepared to work in a fast paced environment that is highly task driven, a good level of organisation will be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing the day to day management of reactive, contract & quoted maintenance to ensure our restaurants are trading to their best ability.

- Provide support and guidance in all things maintenance to both the operations and site based Teams.

- Review and release reactive callouts and manage a tracker to see through to completion.

- Manage contract maintenance alongside Estates Manager to ensure business is fully compliant.

- Maintain asset lists for all kitchen & bar equipment, as well as approving allrestaurants Supply Only Orders on ProNet.

- Manage Central Services accounts and be a first point of escalation for our restaurant teams.

- Maintain up to date Property based guides and contact lists.

- Work alongside contractors to maintain their updates on ProNett so most up to date information is available.

- Work alongside remainder of Bills Estate Team assisting with administrative tasks and project work.

Requirements

Ideally have experience in a hospitality background and have previously worked with ProNett F&M portal.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is highly task driven.

Flexibility to travel around the country as and when required to visit our nationwide restaurants.

This role will befull time, 5 days a week with 2 days off. 40-45 hours per week.
