Druce is seeking a skilled Facilities and Fleet Manager to ensure the smooth operation and safety of our facilities and fleet. The facilities and fleet manager oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all Druce offices, currently sitting at 7 offices with further expansion this year. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and overseeing refurbishments, renovations, and relocations of current and future Druce offices. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, procurement, and compliance.
Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards
# Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures and UK standards
# Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements
# Organise and plan building installations and refurbishments
# Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
# Communicate with external contractors/vendors and landlords

Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
# Excellent time management and multitasking skills
