**About this role**:
As the Fleet Administrator, you will be a part of the UK Sales Strategy & Operations team and support the Fleet Manager in delivering the UK Commercial Fleet Strategy as well as supporting our commercial teams on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for the ongoing management and consistent improvement of all topics relating to our fleet of over 175 vehicles. From overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service, to managing compliance and assisting in our transition to electric vehicles.

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- **Supporting day to day operations**. You will be responsible for overseeing operational aspects of our fleet on a daily basis ensuring all of our teams have a high-performing vehicle that is appropriately maintained.
- **Providing an efficient administrative service.** You will be responsible for making sure the records of our fleet and drivers are always up-to-date, in order to generate regular reports on fleet performance, such as fuel consumption, personal mileage, penalty charges, and other key metrics.

**-Ensure key compliance elements are adhered to.** Whether it’s our vehicle tracking system, government regulations, driver safety or HMRC requirements - you will work with the Fleet Manager to ensure our fleet is fully compliant.
- **Managing fleet maintenance and repairs.** You will coordinate and schedule repairs with our external partners such as auto shops, mechanics, and leasing companies to ensure safe and reliable vehicles.

**- Supporting our evolution to an all Electric Vehicle fleet. **You will assist in executing our rollout of EVs as we transition to a more environmentally friendly fleet - ensuring clear communication to all drivers along the way.
- **Supporting the implementation of fleet policies and procedures. **Ensuring our fleet operates efficiently and leanly, by working with the Fleet Manager to ensure policies are being followed by our drivers.

**What will you bring to the table?**

We’ll help bring out the best in you but hopefully you’ll already have:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal stakeholders, drivers and external service providers
- A people first approach, with success working in a team, and cross functionally across a business
- Razor sharp attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in logistics, last mile delivery, fleet management, office management, customer service or in a comparable position is a bonus
- Comfortable working with software and databases, as well as experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets
