Effectively converting incoming enquiries and efficiently planning confirmed meeting, conference and event bookings across four high profile London venues
Maximising all event sales opportunities through upselling, building strong client relationships, conducting thorough post-event feedback processes and liaising with past bookers to encourage repeat business or cross-brand sales to achieve revenue targets
Working closely with the Event Sales Manager and relevant departments to initiate new revenue streams
Managing events (meetings, conferences and full venue buy outs) from enquiry through to sales and arrival in venue, including all administration necessary and liaison with the operational teams
Maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction by adhering to thorough, high standard enquiry handling, event planning and post-event feedback processes
Arranging and conducting venue showrounds and familiarisation trips to encourage event enquiry conversion and relationship building with the clients
Ensuring all event details are recorded, reported and displayed in a clear, concise manner
Exercising action plans to maximise business opportunities across all venues and when required take part in sales driving activities
Achieving sales based targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Liaising with 3rd party agencies to handle incoming event enquiries and convert them
Assisting the wider Event Sales team with attending internal venue showcases, industry exhibitions, networking and any other events
A highly sales driven individual with an outgoing and positive personality
Experience in building authentic, productive business relationships
Experience of planning and delivering large events or conferences is desired
Experience with event CRM systems and Collins is desired
