Events Sales Executive

This international membership organisation is looking to recruit an Events Sales Executive to respond to bookings and other events enquiries, providing exceptional customer service in line with the high standards of their sought-after venue.
**Key Responsibilities of the Events Sales Executive Role**:
- Act as first point of contact for clients, following up on provisional bookings and sending any requested brochures and quotations within good time.
- Show prospective clients around the venue and demonstrate its suitability for their events.
- Assess the needs of clients against availability, booking in events to appropriate rooms
- Lead the review of competitor venues to ensure the organisation remains at the leading edge of the marketplace.
- Work in conjunction with other teams, including Business Development, to attract new business.
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:
- Educated to A-level standard or with equivalent experience.
- Experience within a hotel or venue environment, including some administrative experience.
- Highly-organised with the ability to prioritise time and workloads.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, and a customer-focused outlook.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- £26,000 pro rata.
- Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract.
- Based in central London, with provision for remote working.
