We are recruiting on behalf of a growing contractor for a Fire Safety Manager (FRA Actions). They are a leading provider of fire protection who have doubled in size over the last two years.

The role is to lead and manage a team of engineers, schedulers & admin staff who will support in managing and delivering FRA Actions for various social housing & local authority clients.

  • Lead on the delivery and management of FRA and remedial action projects, ensuring they are delivered to quality, on time and to cost as per agreed outcomes
  • Plan and organise work on a proactive and reactive basis to ensure delivery of project
  • Responsible for the management of team admin deadlines
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and expectations and communicate project status
  • Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Manage project risks, resolving any issues that arise and escalating complex problems if necessary
  • Car/Vehicle allowance if necessary
  • A two tier bonus, one for hitting target and one for being under budget
  • Some project managers got a £10,000 bonus last year
  • Private medical insurance
  • 25 days annual leave bank holidays
