Fire Safety Technician Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fire Safety Technician to ensure the protection of our clients' facilities. As an essential member of our Customer Services Division, your responsibilities will include the upkeep and servicing of R102 Ansul Systems and Portable Fire Extinguishers. You will collaborate closely with clients, adhere to company protocols, and follow Health and Safety regulations consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with Customer Services Division Members
  • Stay updated on current standards and participate in necessary training
  • Act as a representative of our brand, maintaining professionalism
  • Conduct routine maintenance and emergency servicing of fire safety apparatus
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Participate in 'On-Call' duties as required
  • Perform additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Certification for servicing Ansul and Portable Fire Extinguishers (Mandatory)
Experience:
  • Proven experience with Ansul Systems & Portable Fire Extinguishers (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (Mandatory)
Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional customer service abilities (Mandatory)
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate records and documentation (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills (Mandatory)
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills (Mandatory)
Additional Requirements:
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant Standards (Mandatory)
  • Motivated and eager to learn (Mandatory)
