The HR Manager will embody and promote the company values, playing a pivotal role in fostering a culture that reflects the company mission. This role demands a proactive, adaptable, and strategic thinker who can work closely with the entire team to drive HR processes and ensure a supportive, efficient and inclusive workplace, aligning with the company commitment to build a positive future.

As the HR Manager , your proactive approach and process-driven mindset will be vital in:

guiding and supporting employees and management on HR-related issues, with an emphasis on proactive solutions
administering benefits, compensation and pay processes.
ensuring the effectiveness of end-to-end employment processes like onboarding, performance management, development, and off-boarding
championing legal compliance and the introduction of best practices, focusing on proactive risk management.
developing proactive engagement, recognition, development, wellness and diversity programs.
building a strong partnership with senior managers to foster a culture of trust, recognition, and proactive engagement.

Our Client is looking for an HR Manager with:

a degree in HRM or related field and/or CIPD level 5 or 7 qualified.
experience in collaborating with management to achieve company aims, with a focus on proactive and strategic HR solutions.
several years as an HR generalist, with a strong grounding in all HR aspects, emphasising process improvement and proactive initiatives.
self-motivation, exceptional organisational and time management abilities, thriving in ambiguous situations by being proactive and adaptable.
a strong commercial focus, with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
proficiency in software including email, Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
HR support experience in a rapidly growing company.
fluency in a European language (French, Spanish or Italian) would be an added benefit.
