Research and scholarship are core to our authority, and you will be supported to pursue your career ambitions in this area. You will be expected to build external networks and engage with practice to ensure your scholarship and teaching are continuously up-to-date.

Working side-by-side with talented colleagues you’ll also share knowledge and expertise through external engagement and pursue opportunities that will generate profitable income and supporting students with real-world learning.

Knowledge of behavioural science and occupational psychology would be an advantage. If you haven’t already achieved the relevant level of UKPSF recognition, we’ll need you to do so before the end of your probation period.
