Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Partnerships Manager at IM Marketing London. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships with entertainment properties, maximizing audience delivery, and ensuring brand authenticity. The Partnerships Manager will also be responsible for managing accounts and maintaining effective communication with partners.


This position will report to the Partnerships Director. This candidate is a key member of the partnerships team, supporting the Partnerships Director and Senior Manager in delivering fantastic campaigns across our client base.


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

· Exceptional communication skills – Every touchpoint (email, presentations, calls, meetings personal or digital, client updates) with IM Marketing should emulate our values

· 2+ years’ experience in roles involving account management

· A confident and concise communicator who can express ideas thoughtfully and with passion

· Organised, thorough & meticulous -- complete tasks and follows up

· Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines and pressure

· Able to pivot and adapt to shifting priorities without missing a beat

· A proactive and positive thinker and a contributor to the team

· Experience working on consumer brands

· Excellent presentation skills
