About the role:

The Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, negotiating,onboarding and enabling strategic partnerships in the Regtech industry, and that align with Vixio’s growth goals and revenue ambitions. This is a new role and revenue stream for Vixio and as such requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in leveraging relationships with key stakeholders in the industry including; regtech vendors, industry associations, and technology partners, to expand Vixio’s market presence and drive revenue growth across the UK, Europe and US.


The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, and the ability to think creatively as to the partnership offering for each individual partner prospect, excellent communication skills, and relationship building skills from C-suite down.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Identify & Develop Partnerships & Proposition:
  • Validate and refine ideal Partner profile for Vixio, develop the core channel and referral partner target list to approach
  • Create a value proposition appropriate to the partnership persona’s that are being targeted.
  • Design the partner qualification and management process (including onboarding & management of external partners)
  • Establish an activity cadence and execute the outreach strategy to the optimal prospective partners.
  • Executing joint go-to-market strategies, sales initiatives, and provide sales support to maximise partnership opportunities
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential future partners. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Contractual Negotiation Management:
  • Define and agree the package, fees/margin and overall legal terms of all commercial partnerships agreements with the support of the CRO
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Work in collaboration with the Head of Sales Operations to create a clear structure and process to capture Partner activity in Salesforce, to measure success against leading and lagging KPIs.
  • Regularly reporting to CRO and CFO on partnership revenue forecasts to measure results against the budget.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build, maintain and grow positive relationships with partners at all stakeholder levels from day-to-day contact to CEO/board level
  • Work in collaboration with the Head of Payments and the Chief Revenue Officer to identify and nurture key prospective and current partner relationships which drive revenue.
  • Collaborative strategy development:
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech and Marketing) to align channel initiatives and partnership strategy with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration implementation
  • Establishing Best in Class Partner Processes: Define and implement a partner qualification process and account management structure to ensure we deliver a best in class process from end to end.
  • Develop strong partner case studies that relate to partner KPIs and that can be used to acquire other similar partner prospects
  • Event and Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate joint events, projects, and initiatives with partners. Ensure timely and successful delivery of partnership projects.


Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in the Regtech, Payments or Financial Services industry.
  • A track record of building successful partner programs in similar staged private equity-backed businesses
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic integration and referral partnerships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys exploring and actively seeking out new partner opportunities
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing strategic partnerships with autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Crossbeam/Reveal and Google Suite.
