Job Offer
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners and develop relationships to support the company’s strategic goals.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance and outcomes.
- Coordinate joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role in ( financial/ tax /similar sector).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
