About the role:

Based in Humanihut’s regional UK office in Bristol, the Sales and Business Development Associate will partner with various business departments to drive sales and business growth. With an ability to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach and strengthens client relationships, you will actively seek out business opportunities that can boost revenue, penetrate new markets, and enhance market share.

You will play a crucial role in driving top-line revenue growth through the creation of sales strategies based on market and data analysis, including providing advice to internal departments on product pricing and terms of sales.

The Sales and Business Development Associate will act as a main point of contact between Humanihut and our clients. You will use your excellent interpersonal skills to generate new leads and maintain existing client relationships. You will provide an exceptional customer service experience by identifying client’s needs, pitching relevant products and solutions, and tracking customer satisfaction.

About you:

  • Experience in sales/business development (essential).
  • Experience in account management and client relationship management (essential).
  • Experience in working with large projects across Government, Defence and/or Industry (desirable).
  • Understanding and knowledge of current sales and marketing strategies, principles, methodology and techniques.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to influence people at all levels.
  • Current Driver’s Licence (essential).
  • A current/valid passport or ability to obtain one (essential).
