Business Development Associate

White Label Recruitment is currently working with a leading manufacturer of engineered products who are seeking a skilled Internal Sales person to join their dynamic team.
The company has experienced steady growth over the years and is now the largest manufacturer of its niche product in Europe, supplying to major industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Water.
The Role:
• The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• They will be responsible for generating customer quotations and following up on them, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• The company will provide comprehensive training, but the sales representative will be expected to utilize their skills to size and select products based on technical process information.
• The sales team will work closely with the external sales team to ensure a cohesive sales strategy and maximize business opportunities.
• The sales representative will provide expert advice to customers on products, leveraging their knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• They will utilize the company's ERP systems and CRM system to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Must have prior experience in internal sales or sales support/administration, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in MRO or Valves is highly desirable, but the company will also consider candidates with experience in associated equipment, such as Pumps.
• The successful candidate must be comfortable generating and following up on quotes, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
